3 Years Old Already!!!

Wyatt and Lancer turned 3 years old on November 23! I can't believe my little men are getting so big! We had Morgan's family over for dinner and cake for the boys and Morgan's birthday. It was a lot of fun.

Grandma Oliver made the boys this Lion Cake. Lancer is obsessed with Lions since he was a Lion for Halloween! Wyatt kept asking where his zebra cake was.

Opening Presents. Thanks for all the gifts everyone. These boys sure are spoiled!!

Lancer and Wyatt with their new coats. I actually let the boys wear them before their birthday because it snowed and then wrapped them up again. They were kinda confused when they opened them!

Morgan and I also got the boys these sleeping bags that stuff into a backpack and the boys love them. Lancer is going through a phase where he wants to sleep on the couch. I'll put him in his bed but before the night is through he will end up on the couch with his sleeping bag. We went over to my parents the next day and hung out with them but I forgot to bring my camera so no pics. The boys sure had fun and thanks for everything mom and dad.

For a young Woman Activity we went to the Mesa Verde Luminaries (I think that's how you spell it) on Dec 9. It was pretty cool. I've never been up there during the luminaries but it was super crowded since it's only a one day thing. I'm glad Michelle knew where she was going because I haven't been up there in years and plus it was dark. I would have definitely got lost. I tried to take some pic of the ruins but none of them turned out.

Here we are with the young women.

The Young women Presidency.Trena, Michelle, and Me. We are missing Amanda, she ended up getting lost. Like I said, glad I had Michelle, or I would have gotten lost and just given up and went home!

This picture is hilarious. We were trying to get a pic of all of us and this lady walked right in front of the camera! Isn't that hat awesome!!!!

Deer Hunt and Duane's Farewell

Here are some photos from the busy weekend. I am terrible at taking pictures so I had my camera with me all the time and I got some pretty funny pictures!!!

Julie and I made these moose cupcakes. I think they turned out pretty dang cute!

Wyatt sure liked them

Mmmm Lancer liked them too!

This kid cracks me up

Hahaha-This is totally going to be the picture I put in Wyatt's High School year book his senior year!!! What a DoRk!

Here is Lancer and his nerf shotgun-he wanted to go hunting too!

Uncle Todd got a deer Saturday night. Here are the boys checking it out! Mason just hopped right on, as you can tell he was not afraid at all. Lancer kept saying "It's not getting up, it's sleeping!"

Morgan got his deer the last morning of the hunt. He didn't want any pictures of him so here are Lancer and Mason with their dad's deer. I bet these 2 will be hunting together before I know it!!

Duane's mission farewell was Sunday. Here is Duane with his sisters. Duane and I are only 18 months apart. I'm going to miss him and I know he's where he should be, but my heart aches just a little cause I won't get to see him. He'll do great though!

Me and the boys before church!

My best friend Julie-thanks for watching the boys Julie while I was cooking!

Hmmm.....maybe not the best time to be playing with a tape measure Wyatt!

It was a really fun weekend and it was great to see everyone!!

November

So November is a busy month for us! Duane's mission farewell is this weekend and my family came down. It' s been fun seeing all the relatives! It's crazy to think that he is leaving on Tuesday and I won't see him for 2 years! My boys are sure going to miss him. I also went and cooked for Cory's hunting camp for almost a week this past week. It was a good time. Those Alabama boys were a lot of fun .Cory says I can cook next year so I will be looking forward to that. Wyatt and Lancer's birthday is on the 23 and Morgan's is on the 30th! So super busy. I thought it would be fun to see how the boys have grown these past 3 years!

Here are Wyatt and Lancer in my BIG belly about a month before they were born. I even got bigger than this but it was not a pretty picture!

October

In the month of October, we....
Took Wyatt and Lancer's 3 years pictures. These boys do NOT cooperate to take pictures so I thought I would just try to take them myself this year and they didn't do too bad!

Lancer

I love this picture!!!

Wyatt

I think this is the one I'll put on the wall.

I was putting a plastic frog on my head to get them to laugh!

Another picture of my 3 year old boys!!

We also went to Tammy and Tommy's wedding on Oct 10, 2010

My little family! Morgan hates pictures.....

Wyatt and Lancer were the ring bearers

They were so cute. They held hands the whole time.

I'm so proud of my boys! They did so good. Congratulations Tammy and Tommy!!!

We also carved pumpkins...

Wyatt's is suppose to be a dog but looks like a monkey and Lancer's is a lion

We also got an addition to the family....

Update Finally

I was informed by my mom and sister that I needed to update my blog, so here it is! I am terrible at taking pictures so most of these pics are courtesy of my mom. We went on our family trip this year to Moab. It was fun, we stayed at a condo and went to Arches National Park and went geocaching , hiking, swimming and had lots of good food.

The Hallows Family Campout was In August and it was fun as always. It did rain most of the time though!!!!!!

My mom had a craft of making stick horses, there was even a rodeo with all the stick horses. The boys loved it

Mason, Lancer, and Wyatt in their dump trucks. They sure kept the boys entertained

The cousins: Stetson, Mason, Wyatt, Lancer

On the hike, Poor Julie had all 3 kids hanging on her! The boys don't want anything to do with me if someone else is around!

My cute kidos
The annual Mary Kay Seminar in Dallas, TX was also in August. It was quite a trip and I learned a lot and it was very motivating. Some of the things that happened while there: The floor in our hotel caught fire (someone was smoking and threw cigarette in silk plant) then on the way home, our flight from Dallas to Denver was suppose to be about 1 1/2 hours but bad weather turned it into a 5 hour flight. So just imagine a bumpy plane just circling waiting for the weather to clear and me, who has a weak stomach-okay I bet you get the picture! Then when we finally were able to land after taking a quick pit stop in Kansas to refuel, we had missed our flight and had to spend the night in the airport. But I made it home, so I can't complain! Here are a few photos from Seminar!

Kathy, Jessica, Kristen and Me

A closer picture of the 4 of us. Our first day there

My Awards Ceremony Dress. Katelyn was nice enough to let me borrow this gorgeous dress that I got tons of compliments on! Thanks Katelyn!!! Picture didn't turn out that great because I took it with my phone but you get the picture. I also tried to post the picture of everyone in my unit that was there but couldn't get it to work!
Let's see......Girls Camp also happened since I was on here last. it was just a BeeHive Camp. That was a lot of fun! Jana and I were the camp moms for about 1/2 the girls- 10 girls. There wasn't nearly as much drama as last year-which was nice! And of course I didn't take any pics!!! But we canoed, hiked, did certifications, played games, skits, lots of other fun things. It is so much fun being the leader!!! The theme this year was B.U.G.S Building up gospel standards. The devotional each morning was focused on a different type of bug and we got fun sweatshirts. It was a good time! Although the last night when all the girls get to stay out late, there was a bear sighting not too far from us so everyone got an early night sleep : )
Well I'm sure I'm missing some things but hopefully it won't take me another 4 months to update my blog!
