Update Finally

I was informed by my mom and sister that I needed to update my blog, so here it is! I am terrible at taking pictures so most of these pics are courtesy of my mom. We went on our family trip this year to Moab. It was fun, we stayed at a condo and went to Arches National Park and went geocaching , hiking, swimming and had lots of good food.

The Hallows Family Campout was In August and it was fun as always. It did rain most of the time though!!!!!!

My mom had a craft of making stick horses, there was even a rodeo with all the stick horses. The boys loved it

Mason, Lancer, and Wyatt in their dump trucks. They sure kept the boys entertained

The cousins: Stetson, Mason, Wyatt, Lancer

On the hike, Poor Julie had all 3 kids hanging on her! The boys don't want anything to do with me if someone else is around!

The annual Mary Kay Seminar in Dallas, TX was also in August. It was quite a trip and I learned a lot and it was very motivating. Some of the things that happened while there: The floor in our hotel caught fire (someone was smoking and threw cigarette in silk plant) then on the way home, our flight from Dallas to Denver was suppose to be about 1 1/2 hours but bad weather turned it into a 5 hour flight. So just imagine a bumpy plane just circling waiting for the weather to clear and me, who has a weak stomach-okay I bet you get the picture! Then when we finally were able to land after taking a quick pit stop in Kansas to refuel, we had missed our flight and had to spend the night in the airport. But I made it home, so I can't complain! Here are a few photos from Seminar!

My Awards Ceremony Dress. Katelyn was nice enough to let me borrow this gorgeous dress that I got tons of compliments on! Thanks Katelyn!!! Picture didn't turn out that great because I took it with my phone but you get the picture. I also tried to post the picture of everyone in my unit that was there but couldn't get it to work!
Let's see......Girls Camp also happened since I was on here last. it was just a BeeHive Camp. That was a lot of fun! Jana and I were the camp moms for about 1/2 the girls- 10 girls. There wasn't nearly as much drama as last year-which was nice! And of course I didn't take any pics!!! But we canoed, hiked, did certifications, played games, skits, lots of other fun things. It is so much fun being the leader!!! The theme this year was B.U.G.S Building up gospel standards. The devotional each morning was focused on a different type of bug and we got fun sweatshirts. It was a good time! Although the last night when all the girls get to stay out late, there was a bear sighting not too far from us so everyone got an early night sleep : )
Well I'm sure I'm missing some things but hopefully it won't take me another 4 months to update my blog!

Fun Cousin Time

Julie and Todd went to Vegas on a little getaway this past week, so my mom and me and the boys went up to watch Mason. We had some fun adventures!!

Here's all 3 boys crammed in the back seat. We were driving around one day and Wyatt and Lancer had both fallen asleep with their heads hanging down and Mason had a hand on each of their heads pulling their hair! I should have taken a picture.

We went to this Aquarium in Sandy and the boys loved it! They got to see all kinds of fish, octopus, sharks, penguins, frogs, snakes, etc

Eww Snakes

Jellyfish-these were pretty cool

They even got to touch a Sting-Ray

Wyatt would squeal every time he touched it-it was hilarious

Wyatt, Mason, and Lancer

At the mall they had this little ride-here is Wyatt flying his helicopter

Lancer flying his helicopter- he cried when he had to get off

Another day we went to this farm petting zoo at Thanksgiving Point. Here the boys are looking at ducks and geese

Petting the goats, they also saw all kinds of horses, and cows, and llamas, chickens, peacocks, and turkeys, and pigs. It was fun because Wyatt and Lancer are at the age where they know the animals and get excited about it.

The highlight of their day was probably the pony rides. Lancer looks like such a big boy

I thought I would have to stand next to them because they would be scared-but nope they just sat in the saddle and grinned. It was cute watching them.

In this picture Wyatt is pulling Mason's ear while Lancer is pulling his hair. This picture pretty much sums up the 4 days we watched Mason. Mason was so good the whole time while Lancer and Wyatt were kind of awnery. Wyatt would take Mason's binky out of his mouth and wave it above Mason's head. Wyatt would also try to ride Mason every time he crawled instead of walked. And Lancer just always seemed in the mood for a fight! My poor mom probably needs another vacation from my boys-whenever she's around they don't want anything to do with me. But it was fun, thanks for the help mom.

Wyatt&Lancer

Here are some updated pictures of my little men who are now 2 1/2 years old!!!

What cute boys in their Oliver sweatshirts and camo hats

My 3 ft Morgan replica-He's totally his father's son

My Lancer Man

I love this Picture

It really was warm enough for shorts for ONE day! Now that Wyatt knows how to open doors and it's warming up, I can't keep these kids inside! If I can't find them, then the 1st place I look is outside.

Dad taking the boys for a ride. We bribe the boys with 4wheeler rides-it's one of their favorite things to do.

2nd Ward Trek

For Spring Break we went on the Ward Trek. The wind blew some and it was quite dusty but all in all it was a good time! It was interesting to see what the pioneers had to go through and made me grateful for the conveniences we have today!

My Boys

My Lancer Man

I love this picture of Wyatt

Lancer was obsessed with climbing rocks while we were on our hike. He would just keep climbing higher and higher until he couldn't go anymore.Grandad was a good sport and would follow him around to make sure he didn't get hurt.

The boys were pretty good walkers, I can't believe how far they actually walked

Wyatt on Dad's shoulders, he would take a ride whenever he could get one.

What tough boys pulling the handcart!!

Cousin Time

Well these past couple months we have spent a lot of time visiting cousins. First was Stetson's blessing. It was in February and I didn't get a picture of Stetson in his blessing outfit but he's sure a cutie. You should have seen us trying to get a good picture of the 4 boys.

This was the best picture we could get! Mason, Wyatt, Stetson, and Lancer

The boys shared a bed with me while we were at Adam's and as you can see there wasn't much room for me.
Then at the end of February we went up to Julie's and Mason had his 1 year birthday party.

Grandma got Mason this cute slide and Lancer and Wyatt loved playing on it.

Cute cousins in matching outfits from Grandma

Julie and I made this cupcake birthday cake for Mason-he sure liked eating it

While we were at Julie's, we took the boys to the park. They love to be outside, glad it's finally starting to warm up.

Three cute boys
So Morgan always talks about how Wyatt and Lancer are going to be his "jam up hands" when they get bigger. So here is a picture we can pull out the future of them in welding caps.

But Lancer sure loves to help me cook-so maybe he will be my "jam up hand" in the kitchen. Here he is rolling out tortillas.

We moved to Rifle,Co in February for a quick welding job and will probably be moving back home next week. It was nice to have a paycheck even though it was only for a month.
